Our room here was newly renovated and comfy, had both AC and a fan. the location is super convenient, right by the Church of the Holy Rosary ⛪️.

I was upgraded to a cozy a double room with 2 single beds. Had a shower, a bidet and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi was slow.

Great stay, we were there for 4 days. Truly enjoyed this fairly clean and fully equipped place, courteous staff and brand-new rooms. Booked a room in good design. The service was good! The location was marvellous and the public parking was outside. Took a walk around city center, located relatively near the hotel. The fact that Pasar Seni subway station was some 15 minutes away was a plus.

The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked without fail for the entire duration of my stay at Sun Inns Hotel Sentral, Brickfields. The housekeeping team did a great job taking care of our room and belongings. The location was convenient, close to Kuala Lumpur Sentral and some good Indian restaurants. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near KL Sentral with friendly staff, comfortable bed, good aircon and mostly reliable Wi-Fi. Clean rooms with pleasant fragrances and TV channels available. Nice green football field in front of the hotel for fresh air.

The room was impressively clean, and the check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. Location-wise it was convenient, within walking distance to a shopping mall and other attractions. We also appreciated the affordable price and comfortable bed.

While the room was clean, there were only very basic amenities provided, such as a soap dispenser and 2 towels. There was no source of drinking water in the room, and the tap water was questionable.

This budget hotel is a great place to stay for a quick overnight near the train station and close to all the eateries. Rooms are cosy and clean with nice new bathrooms. the air-conditioning is powerful and the Wi-Fi works well. Staff are mostly friendly and welcoming, and the room is great value for money.

One member of staff during a stay was unhelpful and unfriendly, which put a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience.

The hotel's location was ideal, it was in close proximity to public transportation and a mall. the staff was accommodating and provided great service. Complementary mineral water bottles were provided and the room's fragrance was pleasing.
